You agree to make reasonable efforts to retain legal representation and maintain steady employment during the duration of your bond.
You acknowledge that bond jumping is a criminal offense, punishable by up to 2 years of imprisonment and a fine of up to $5,000.
You are required to check in with Goggins Bail Bond every week, specifically on Fridays, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
You understand and agree to the annual premium charge of 10% of the total bond amount.
Failure to report to Goggins Bail Bond or its authorized agent as requested will result in bond revocation.
Should you be arrested or incarcerated for any offense, other than a minor traffic violation, you must immediately notify Goggins Bail Bond.
Any material false statements made in your bond application will be grounds for bond revocation.
Failure to pay the required premium to Goggins Bail Bond may result in immediate action to revoke your bond.
Concealing yourself from Goggins Bail Bond or its agents will be considered a violation of these terms.
Any violation of your legal obligations to the court may result in revocation of your bond.
You understand and agree that any violation of the above conditions is grounds for the revocation of your bond, and you may be surrendered to the appropriate authorities.
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you fully understand these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in the immediate revocation of your bond and return to custody.
